Our money back guarantee.
If you're not happy with your first order of a product, contact us and send it back within:
- 60 days of delivery for Natural Marine Extract™ for Skin, Lip Health Balm and Gum Health Paste
- 30 days of delivery for capsules and bandages
The guarantee covers the smallest size and lowest strength of each product. Each customer can use it once per product. We refund you once the product reaches us.
Larger sizes.
Larger sizes can be returned if unopened, within the same 60 or 30 day window. For Natural Marine Extract™ for Skin, Lip Health Balm and Gum Health Paste, this applies to the 2% strength.
Final sale.
The 4% and 10% strengths are final sale and can't be returned or refunded. Gift cards are also final sale.
Damaged, wrong or missing items.
If your order arrives damaged, has the wrong item or doesn't arrive, email us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date) with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll make it right. This applies to every product, including final sale items.
How to start a return.
Email info@miracleofthesea.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll email you a free return label and instructions. Packages sent back without asking first can't be accepted.
Refunds.
Once your return reaches us, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Subscriptions.
On subscriptions, the guarantee applies to your first subscription order, under the same terms above. You can cancel anytime. See our Subscription Terms.
