Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you choose Subscribe and save on miracleofthesea.com. They are part of our Terms of Service.
How your subscription works.
When you choose Subscribe and save, you are signing up for automatic, recurring orders that continue until you cancel. Your subscription price is 15% off our one time purchase price.
Your first charge happens the day you subscribe. After that, we charge the payment method you used at checkout on the delivery schedule you chose, from every 1 to 9 months.
Your subscription price and delivery schedule are shown next to the Subscribe and save option and again at checkout, before you place your order. Each charge also includes any shipping and sales tax shown at checkout.
Shipping is free on orders over $100. Subscription orders under $100 are charged shipping at our standard rates, shown at checkout.
There is no minimum number of orders. You can cancel after your very first order.
Discounts.
The 15% subscription discount can't be combined with loyalty discounts or other percent off codes. It can be combined with bundle pricing.
Your agreement.
By choosing Subscribe and save and completing checkout, you agree to these terms and authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule above until you cancel.
Your confirmation email.
After you subscribe, we will email you a confirmation with your subscription price, how often you will be charged, these terms and how to cancel.
Pause or skip a delivery.
You can pause your subscription or skip a delivery anytime in your account. To change how often it ships, email info@miracleofthesea.com and we will update it for you.
How to cancel.
You can cancel anytime online, in a few clicks:
- Log in to your account at miracleofthesea.com
- Open Subscriptions
- Select your subscription and choose Cancel subscription
You can also use the Manage your subscription link in any subscription email.
Your cancellation takes effect right away, and you will not be charged again. To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date, which is shown in your account.
You can also cancel by emailing info@miracleofthesea.com or calling (800) 711 6687, but you never need to call or email to cancel.
Orders charged before you cancel will still ship. Returns and refunds for those orders follow our Shipping and Returns page.
Our money back guarantee.
Our money back guarantee applies to your first subscription order. It covers the smallest size and lowest strength of each product. The 4% and 10% strengths are final sale. See our Shipping and Returns page for details.
Price changes.
If your subscription price changes, we will email you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price applies. That email will also tell you how to cancel if you do not want to continue.
Yearly reminder.
Once a year, we will email you a reminder that your subscription is active, with your price, billing schedule and how to cancel.
Payment issues.
If a charge does not go through, we will try again. If we still cannot collect payment, we may cancel your subscription and will let you know by email. You can update your payment method anytime in your account.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change affects active subscriptions, we will email you before it takes effect.
