Miracle of the Sea Rejuvenating Eye Lotion with Vitamin C 15% acts synergistically with Natural Marine Extract (NME) topicals and capsules to provide key benefits. Once the ingredients of NME create new productive fibrocytes, the Vitamin C stimulates them to produce even more collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Please use NME for 2 months before starting the eye lotion product. Please note the pump is probably not performing properly. You can easily access the product by removing the top and using a “Q-tip”.
